1. Eligibility & KYC

To receive payouts you must provide accurate KYC details (PAN, GSTIN where applicable, bank account in your legal name). Sellers are responsible for their own tax compliance.

2. Plans & limits

Each plan has a defined limit on products, AI generations, team members, and other features. When you hit a limit, the relevant action is blocked until you upgrade.

3. Fees

  • Subscription fees as displayed on the pricing page.
  • Transaction fees deducted before payout (varies by plan and payment method).
  • Payment gateway charges as billed by Razorpay / Stripe.
  • Affiliate and franchise-partner commissions where applicable.

4. Payouts

Payouts are disbursed to your connected bank account on the cadence shown in your seller dashboard. PanStudio may hold funds in cases of suspected fraud, chargebacks, or pending refund disputes.

5. Refunds & chargebacks

You agree to honour the platform-wide Refund Policy. Chargebacks and disputed refunds will be debited from your wallet or future payouts, including any associated gateway fees.

6. Listings & accuracy

Listings must be accurate, complete, and not misleading. AI-generated drafts must be reviewed before publishing.

7. Customer data

You may use buyer information only to fulfil orders and provide support. Marketing to buyers requires their explicit opt-in.

8. Suspension & termination

PanStudio may suspend or terminate a seller account for violations of these terms, repeated customer complaints, or risk indicators flagged by our payment partners.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify PanStudio against claims arising from your listings, your fulfilment, or your breach of these terms.

10. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India.
