1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, browsing the marketplace, or using any PanStudio product (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Who we are
PanStudio is an AI-powered commerce platform operated from India. Throughout this document "PanStudio", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the operator of panstudio.cloud.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Platform. By using PanStudio you represent that all information you provide is accurate.
4. Accounts and approval
New accounts may be subject to admin approval before gaining full access. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
5. Sellers and buyers
Sellers list products, services, courses, memberships, and events. Buyers purchase from sellers via the Platform. PanStudio facilitates the transaction but is not a party to the underlying contract between buyer and seller.
6. AI-generated content
PanStudio provides AI tools that draft business names, descriptions, marketing copy, course outlines, and other content. All AI output is shown as an editable draft. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the legality and accuracy of any content you publish.
7. Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- List illegal, infringing, hateful, or fraudulent products or content.
- Attempt to bypass plan limits, security, or rate limits.
- Use the Platform to harass, spam, or deceive others.
- Reverse-engineer or scrape the Platform.
8. Fees and payments
Sellers may subscribe to paid plans. Transaction fees, gateway charges, and payouts are described in your seller dashboard. Recurring subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.
9. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant PanStudio a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content as required to operate the Platform. The PanStudio name, logo, and software are owned by PanStudio.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law. You may close your account at any time from your settings.
11. Disclaimers and liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PanStudio's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in India have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
