1. Prohibited content
- Illegal goods, services, or content under Indian or applicable law.
- Counterfeit, infringing, or stolen intellectual property.
- Adult, hateful, harassing, or violence-inciting material.
- Weapons, regulated substances, and other restricted categories.
- Misleading health, financial, or earnings claims.
2. Prohibited behaviour
- Spam, mass unsolicited messaging, or review manipulation.
- Phishing, malware distribution, or attempts to compromise accounts.
- Bypassing platform fees, plan limits, or rate limits.
- Scraping, automated crawling, or stress-testing without written consent.
3. AI tool misuse
AI tools may not be used to generate disinformation, impersonate real individuals, produce non-consensual or sexual content involving real persons, or to circumvent content moderation.
4. Reporting violations
Report violations to info@panstudio.cloud. We review every report and may suspend or terminate offending accounts without notice.
5. Enforcement
Violations may lead to content takedown, listing removal, account suspension, withholding of payouts, or referral to law enforcement.
